History is piled up with the lots of cruel and notorious rulers that have made lives of people distasteful and full of terror. Many leaders in the history have chased the dictatorship to rule all over the world with their strong grip of terror and insanity. Such leaders have left many people dead in the war of their cruel forces and inhumane tactics. These rulers remained indulge in making their mares and rule the public with the pitiless thirst of power and recognition.
Unfortunately, there is a list of such leaders and rulers that rule the world with the royalty and insanity. From bad to worse, there is a list of only ten evil persons that have made history of cruelty and notoriousness.

10. Adolph Eichmann
He was the German ruler and one of the most organizer of holocaust. He killed more than 5 million Jews and he called the killing of the Jews a Satisfaction.
9. Ivan IV
He was also known as Ivan the Terrible. He killed many people by burning them on fire or also he impaled the people. He was fond of torturing people and killing them in front of himself and his sons.
8. Vlad III Impaler
Vlad III, the prince of Wallachia, is listed in the cruelest and notorious rulers of the history as he killed the people in most painful ways possible. He killed more people than the Hitler killed and of course in the most painful ways. He got the nails hammered in the heads of the people and also impales the stake through the bottom of the bodies and all way to their mouths.
7. Joseph Stalin
Joseph Stalin exercised the power from 1941 until his death in 1953. He was the one of the revolutionaries who has experienced the long period of political power. He killed approximately 20 million people which include almost 14.5 million people who were needlessly killed. That is why he is also included in the list of the most notorious rulers of the history.
6. Idi Amin Dada
One of the cruelest rulers, Amina Dada, was the military dictator and remained the president of the state Uganda. He powered over the state for eight years only but within a period of these eight years, he killed 300,000 civilians.
