10 Hollywood Mistakes That Were Captured on Camera

Tinsel town is an exciting parallel universe because everything seems to be larger than life. Fame, fortune, and prestige are the vital things that make the Hollywood world go round. Celebrities live like they are virtually gods and goddesses here on Earth – admired and desired by so many, yet achievable only to very few.

And what about the Hollywood film? Basically, the Hollywood style had dictated upon the world what film language is and what it should be. It seems to be quite a perfect system. But, is it?

This very interesting and fun list will let you in on the 10 top Hollywood mistakes that were captured on camera. How many of these mistakes were you able to spot before?

10. X-Men 2

X-Men 2

It takes a very detailed person to notice that a mistake was committed towards the end of the film. As the film comes to its conclusion and the X Men meet the president in his office, a blue binder can be seen on the president’s table. The shot changes and as it pans back to the president, the binder is no longer there and a few pieces of stapled paper are seen on the table instead. The shot again changes and as the camera zooms closer to the president, the blue binder is seen again. Rather inconsistent, eh.

9. Die Another Day

Die Another Day

In this hit Bond film, Agent Frost and Jinx have a final fight scene atop a plane. Jinx gets a cut on her stomach and starts bleeding. After several shots, James Bond is seen pouring diamonds on Jinx’ stomach. Interestingly, there seemed to be no mark on her stomach despite what happened to her on the plane. It seemed like the diamond actually had healing powers!

8. Spider Man

Spider Man

When Peter Parker finally discovers his web shooting skills and spider-like abilities, he attempts to practice while inside his room. He attempts to shoot a lamp by the door side and this smashes the wall behind him. After this sequence, Aunt May enters the room to find out what the commotion was all about. As Peter opens the door to talk to Aunt May, the lamp is seen near the door – without any damage. Magic!

7. Star Wars

Star Wars

While this remains to be a very popular film, it is surely not free from mistakes. In the movie, as the Storm troopers take charge of the control room, three of them are seen entering together. The rightmost trooper then enters and accidentally hits his head on the door frame. Amazingly, the scene was not reshot and was shown intact for all moviegoers to see.
