America’s Got Talent Winner List Of All Times

This is an American reality television show,  which has normally aired on the NBC television network. It is part of the global Britain’s Got Talent. It features talent which includes magicians, musicians, dancers, comedians and any other talent that is worth displaying. There is no age limit so long as you can perform. The show started  on June 21, 2006 and is still active to date.

Here are the top winners of the show since its inception

Season 1: Bianca Ryan

Season 1 started airing on June 21, 2006 and ended on August 17, 2006. It was won by Bianca Ryan, who was 11 years as at that time and pocketed the US$1 million prize. The host was Regis Philbin and the judges were Piers Morgan, Brandy Norwood , and David Hasselhoff.

 Season 2: Terry Fator

A singing impressionist, Terry Fator won the season and went home with the ultimate prize of US$1 million. Cas Haley came 2nd and Butterscotch took the third place. The host was Jerry Springer and judges were Piers Morgan, David Hasselhoff, and Sharon Osbourne. The show started on June 5, 2007 and ended on August 21, 2007.

Season 3: Neal E. Boyd

This season was won by an opera singer, Neal E. Boyd and got the US$1 million prize money. 2nd place was taken by Eli Mattson and 3rd place went to Nuttin But Stringz. The show ran from June 17, 2008 to October 1, 2008. The host was Jerry Springer and the judges were Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne, and David Hasselhoff.

Season 4: Kevin Skinner

It ran from June 23, 2009 and ended on September 16, 2009. The winner Kevin Skinner went with the prize money of S$1 million. 2nd place went to Barbara Padilla while 3rd place was taken by Recycled Percussion. The host was Nick Cannon and the judges were David Hasselhoff, Piers Morgan, and Sharon Osbourne.

Season 5: Michael Grimm

The season ran from June 1, 2010 and ended on September 15, 2010. The winner was Michael Grimm, who won the prize money of S$1 million with Jackie Evancho coming in 2nd and Fighting Gravity taking the 3rd position. The judges for the show were Sharon Osbourne,  Piers Morgan, and Howie Mandel.

Season 6: Landau Eugene Murphy Jr

It ran from May 31, 2011 to September 14, 2011. The winner was Landau Eugene Murphy Jr  who won the US$1 million prize money, with Silhouettes taking the 2nd place and Team iLuminate taking the 3rd position. The host was Nick Cannon while the judges were Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne, and Howie Mandel.

Season 7: Olate Dogs

This was the first dog trick to win the America’s Got Talent show to win the US$1 million prize. The 2nd place was taken by Tom Cotter while the 3rd place went to William Close. The judges were Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandel. The show ran from May 14, 2012 to September 13, 2012.

Season 8: Kenichi Ebina

Kenichi Ebina, a martial arts dancer grabbed the prize money of US$1 million for this season with Taylor Williamson,who took the 2nd place and Jimmy Rose took  the 3rd place.  The judges were Sharon Osborne, Howie Mandel, Mel B. The season started on June 4, 2013 and ended on September 18, 2013.

Season 9: Mat Franco

The host for this show was Nick Cannon. The judges for this season was Howie Mandel’s, Howard Stern, Mel B, and Heidi Klum. The show kicked off on May 27, 2014 and ended on September 17, 2014. The winner was Mat Franco.  He took the prize of US$1 million. The 2nd place was taken Emily West and the 3rd place was taken by AcroAmy.

Season 10: Paul Zerdin

The show ran from May 26, 2015 and ended on September 16, 2015. The judges for the show were actor Neil Patrick Harris, Singer Michael Buble, actor Marlon Wayans, and Piers Morgan. The winner, Paul Zerdin, took home US$1 million. The 2nd place was taken by Drew Lynch and the 3rd place was taken by Oz Pearlman.

America’s Got Talent is a show which has made the winners become stars in their own fields.
